A refined antique Tabriz rug dating to around 1900, handwoven in the historic weaving centre of Tabriz. One of the most important weaving cities in Persia, Tabriz is renowned for producing finely detailed and elegant carpets that reflect both classical Persian design and exceptional craftsmanship.

This early 20th-century example showcases the sophisticated drawing and balanced composition typical of Tabriz Rugs. The design remains visually engaging, with intricate detailing and a well-proportioned layout that has softened attractively with age, giving the piece a warm, time-earned character.
