A hand-knotted Mahal rug, woven in Pakistan after the famous Persian Mahal carpets of west-central Iran. Mahal rugs are known for their spacious floral designs, rich colours, and relaxed elegance, making them a popular choice for both traditional and modern homes.

This example features a deep ruby-red field decorated with large palmettes, floral sprays, and scrolling vines, framed by a soft ivory border. The warm red, cream, and muted blue tones give the rug a classic look that works well in living rooms, studies, or bedrooms.
