A hand-knotted Turkish runner, woven in Anatolia and dating to the mid-20th century. Turkish runners are known for their bold geometric patterns, rich natural colours, and hard-wearing construction, making them both practical and highly decorative pieces.

This example features a warm brick-red field with large stylised floral and geometric motifs in deep indigo, olive green, and soft gold. The dark navy border is filled with traditional tribal designs that frame the rug beautifully, giving it a strong and balanced appearance. Its long, narrow proportions make it ideal for hallways or corridors where a genuine vintage piece can add warmth and character.
